House Democrats on Friday announced plans to invest in eight more House districts that they say are now competitive thanks to President Donald Trump’s sinking popularity, bringing the total number of seats the party is targeting for pick ups to 66. Trump won all eight of the districts the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee says it will divert resources to by double-digit margins.
